I love data. I really love big data. In this proposal for Moka Creatives, we wanted to take their transactional data and analyze it to prepare personas and customer profiles for the best customers (you know, the ones you want to retain…forever). We created personas which reflected the aggregate baskets of data. From the top baskets, we picked out actual customers and fleshed out their social profiles and created categories such as Goals, Motivations, Frustrations and Daily Regimen. This level of immersion into your best customers allows companies to maximize all investments in customer retention. This also allows for trending to see what the behavioral patterns of customers who become “the best” were 5, 10 or 20 years ago.
