The Director of IT said it couldn’t be done – a new brand direction that incorporated images of inmates becoming returning citizens – newly educated and skilled – based on the resources of the Georgia Department of Corrections and the people of Georgia. After pitching the new concept – wireframes, concept, strategy, design and functionality – it was a winner. It empowered stakeholders, inmate friends and families and the content producers to influence the website¬†– one that launched to great acclaim with even the strongest naysayers.
