Avaya brought me in to bring in their loyalty program from a vendor. We were spending two million dollars a year for data, an email survey form and a custom report interface. After analyzing infrastructure available, I was able to bring the data in-house using pre-existing Oracle systems and develop the user interface for the survey and reports. I used Oracle Business Intelligence to develop the graphs and charts in the reporting interface. The new system was so powerful that it was integrated into the executive dashboard and tied to the performance compensation platform (I devised the attached poster to create internal visibility around the new platform).
